Functions:

• Plan, develop, and execute pre-incubation and incubation programmes for ventures owned by UNALM students and graduates.
• Organise and develop specialised workshops and courses to strengthen the capabilities of entrepreneurs and mentors.
• Execute entrepreneurship competitions and innovation challanges.
• Conduct calls for applications to attract ventures to participate in the pre-incubation and incubation programmes.
• Create and manage the Incubator Mentor Network, comprised of professionals with expertise in bussiness-related topics.
• Manage the specialised laboratory, Incubalab, for the development of minimum viable products by entrepreneurs.
• Foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the university community through the development of events, webinars, networking, and other activities.
• Fecilitate coworking and co-creation spaces for entrepreneurs.
• Advise and support ventures in securing public and private funding.
• Establish links through agreements and parthnership with national and international institutions related to entrepreneurship.
• Develop and propose policies, strategies, and regulations to promote entrepreneurship at UNALM.
• Provide services and apply for funding to contribute to the sustainability of the incubator.
• Promote the development of student and gradute ventures (startups) based on UNALM’s  R+D+i activities and in coordination with the relevant units.
