Graduado en la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, con Maestr\u00eda en Ciencias Pesqueras por la Universidad Pesquera de Tokio, con estudios de cursos de especializaci\u00f3n en la Universidad de Oreg\u00f3n y Ohio. Expositor y consultor en diversos cursos y proyectos de la especialidad.
